13. Damage to Equipment

Client is responsible for damage caused by guests or unsafe conditions.

14. Photography & Media

We may photograph or video events for marketing. Notify us in writing prior to the event if you do not consent.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, scripts, characters, and branding are property of Ellsworth Entertainment.

16. Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party services for payments, scheduling, email, SMS, and hosting. We are not responsible for outages caused by these providers.

17. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
