Job Requirements

1. • Equipment Set Up:

   • • Collaborate with the clients to understand their preferences and expectations for the foam party.

   • • Organize the logistics of the event, including setup and cleanup.

     • Ensure the timely set up of necessary equipment, supplies and start promptly on time.

2.   Foam Party Hosting:
   
   • • Set up and operate foam machines, ensuring a safe and controlled environment.
   • • Play pre determined music set list and pre recorded messages
   • • Engage with event attendees to create a enjoyable fun atmosphere.
   • • Monitor and regulate the foam output to maintain a safe and comfortable experience for participants.
3. Safety and Compliance:
   • • Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all attendees.
   • • Provide clear instructions to participants on safety measures and guidelines during the event.
4. Customer Interaction:
   • • Take photos during the event to post on our social media sites.
   • • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the event.
   • • Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
   • • Relay feedback from clients to improve future events.

    Reliability:

    • • Dependable and punctual, with the ability to manage time effectively.
    • • Availability to work  day and evening parties.

  • Physical Fitness:

    • • Ability to lift and carry equipment, set up event materials, and stand for extended periods.

Contrat Details

1. • • Flexible Schedule:
     • • This is a contract position for the duration of the summer season. You will be given the option to host an event when an event becomes available. If you chose to sign a contract for the event you will be required to be at that event. If you are not available for an event the event will be passed on to another available team member.
     • Compensation:
     • • Compensation will be based on a flat per-event/hourly rate. Most events are one hour.  Each event will require a minimum of 3 hours of time. You will be paid a flat rate of $54 for a one hour event. If the event is scheduled  for more than one hour you will be paid an additional $18 per scheduled hour.
     • • The contractor is responsible for their own transportation and any necessary work-related expenses.
